Affiliate Program
Recommend Hatchly. Earn 5% of what they pay.
Send self-employed people to a tool built to show them what they actually earn. No cost to join and no quota to hit.
Before you apply: billing is not switched on yet, so there is nothing to earn a commission on today. Applications are open now, and commissions begin when paid plans launch.
An easy thing to recommend honestly.
It answers a question people already have
Every self-employed person has been asked what they made this year and not known. You are not selling a habit. You are pointing at a problem they recognise the moment you name it.
Free to try, so saying yes is easy
There is a free plan. The people you send can see their own numbers before they spend anything, which makes a recommendation cheap to act on.
Nothing to oversell
Hatchly does one job and says what it does not do. That is easier to recommend honestly than a tool that claims to do everything.
One rate, stated plainly.
5%
of what each customer you refer pays
- Free to join, with no minimum number of referrals
- Earned on each customer’s first 12 months of payments
- Paid once a month by direct deposit
For scale: Base is $7 a month or $70 a year, and Pro is $29 a month or $290 a year. 5% of an annual Pro plan is $14.50. This is a program for people who already talk to the self-employed, not a way to get rich from one post.
We would rather say that now than have you find it out later.

What you can and cannot say.
Hatchly handles people’s money information, so how it is described matters. These are the same limits we hold ourselves to.
Say
- It tracks the income you enter and shows where you stand.
- It estimates what to set aside for taxes.
- There is a free plan.
- You earn a commission if they sign up.
Do not say
- That it files taxes, runs payroll or sends invoices.
- That it gives tax or financial advice.
- That it holds, moves or protects anyone’s money.
- Any figure for how much someone will save.
Good to know.
- Can I earn commission today?
- Not yet. Billing is not switched on, so every Hatchly account is currently free and there is nothing to earn a commission on. Apply now and you will be set up before paid plans launch.
- Does it cost anything to join?
- No. There is no fee and no minimum number of referrals.
- How much do I earn?
- 5% of what each customer you refer pays during their first 12 months, paid out once a month by direct deposit.
- Who is a good fit?
- Anyone whose audience or clients are self-employed or doing 1099 work: freelancers, gig workers, creators, and small business owners. Accountants, bookkeepers and coaches who work with them fit well too.
- Do I have to say I am an affiliate?
- Yes. US law requires you to disclose that you earn a commission when you recommend Hatchly. A short line such as “I earn a commission if you sign up” is enough, placed where people will see it before they click.
